The sales conditions in Yo cart are in accordance with the French laws about mail-order selling. These ones state that :

- the bought items can be reimbursed after that the command is sent out, in a new state, with the packaging (for CDs). Then, the shipping fees are paid by the buyer.

- in case of shipping problem, the order will be sent again after the initial order is back (so, not in case of loss or theft). Then, the shipping fees will be paid by the seller, except if it’s a problem in the buyer’s address.

The follow-up of the orders is made from the “order” page, where you must notify that you’ve sent the orders by clicking on the “send” button. The orders then appear in the “sent orders” list. You may also see all the Yo cart openings (“all the carts” list).

The email address given to the buyers on the Yo windows and in the confirmation emails is YOUR address for Free Accounts, and Yozik email address for Pro Accounts whose order follow-up is made by us. This help us give a good-quality first support. If there is a problem in the shipping of the orders, Yozik forwards the buyers’ emails to you, and ensures that they’re given an answer rapidly.

Yozik can also be in charge of your sendings and stock management. If so, Yozik will take an extra commission of 10% on your tax-included sales, without the VAT out of the EEC.

Then, you can benefit from our know-how to make packaging and sendings, and also from our advantageous prices for Colissimo sendings. If so, the effectively paid shipping costs are deducted from your sales statement (without the VAT if applied).

The vinyles sendings are particularly done with great care, with special packaging.

To let us manage your stock and sendings, send us a start stock (that remains yours), which integrity is guaranteed by us (in case of fire, water) for the single value that you enterred in the page items/stock.

The shipping costs are calculated for items in the departure of France. Yozik can calculate individually the shipping costs for other departure countries. If you want so, you only have to email us (Label Accounts ONLY).
The shipping costs from France are calculated as following (depending on the total weight of the order) :

• 1,35€ for a simple letter until 100g
• 2,22€ for a simple letter until 250g
• 3,02€ for a simple letter until 500g
• 6,70€ by Colissimo until 1000g
• 7,65€ by Colissimo, between 1kg and 2kg
• 8,60€ by Colissimo, between 2kg and 4kg
• 10,50€ by Colissimo beyond
