There is no commission on the sales that you receive by check or on your Paypal account (except from the commission due to Paypal).

Yozik also deducts a 9% commission on the sales made by Credit Card Caisse d’Epargne or on the Yo’s Paypal account (by default if your own Paypal account is not configured to do so), or by check if  Yozik is the recipient of your commands’ checks.

The paiement by credit card Caisse d’Epargne is systematically proposed to the buyers, in addition to the Paypal payment for Artist and Label accounts.

If you are a physical person, Yozik also deducts the CSG/RDS for a 8% of the amounts that are given to you, for the users that are not subjected to the income tax.

The sales collected by Yozik are paid to you at the end of the month when the sales statement is made (available from the 15th of every month following the sales month), and after a 9% Yo commission deduction, the VAT and the MRR deduction when applied. The mayment is made by Paypal or by bank transfer, when the owed amount is superior to 10€. When the amount that is owed to you is inferior to 10€, the sales are transfered to the following month statement.

The monthly sales statement shows the commands that have been sent and validated in the Yozik admin, except from the precommand operations that have been validated by Yozik beforeon.

Your sales payment can be increased with the VAT if you are subject and depending on the bill that you email us every month according to your sales statement.
The Label accounts can have at their disposal a bill showing the export sales that are not subject to the VAT and the shipping costs.

Yozik permits you to get directly your sellings on your Paypal account.
If you don’t want to open a Paypal account, subscribe to an Artist account (39€/year) and let Yozik get your sellings and pay them back to you every month. If you want to be paid directly on your Paypal account:

- You must have a “Premier” or “Business” Paypal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can create it easily here with a credit card.
- If you already have a Paypal account, you must upgrade it to a “Premier” or “Business” account.
- In order to receive your Yozik cart’s payments, in the tab My Account/Profile/My selling tools/Instant Payment Notification of your Paypal account (1), notify this address:

- You can tell us when this parameter is done, so that we could do a test on your cart.
- Yozik doesn’t deduct any commission on the sellings made on your Paypal account, but you must pay the Paypal commission (3,5% + 25cents + change commission).
- If you don’t have a Paypal account, or if this one is not configured correctly, the Paypal payments are collected on Yozik account and will be given back to you according to our payment conditions.
- Artist and Label accounts must accept the payments by Caisse d’Epargne.
- To avoid your buyers being obliged to click on the Yo cart at the end of their payments, for example to reach the music they bought, you can configure the option Website Preferences on your Paypal account site (2) with the following URL location:

The Yo sales and use conditions plan that users and artists take charge of the author’s rights payments owed on the given or sold downloads.
Nowadays, the SACEM ask a 8% amount of money on the selling price excluding VAT for the Mecanichal Reproduction Rights (MRR), with a 7 cent minimum for one downloaded title and a 70 cent minimum for one downloaded album.

For Label and Artist accounts, Yozik can take charge of the MRR payments to the SACEM without extra fee. The only condition is to ask us for it, and give us the list of the songs and their authors/composers and editors.
